Community Block Party at Historic Kenmore

Join us for a day of family-friendly festivities and community camaraderie, celebrating both the heritage and the beauty of autumn at Kenmore! Enjoy learning about local history while visiting educational stations on archaeology, living history, and the Kenmore property. Explore 18th-century legacy in our reproduction kitchen and join in a fun-filled scavenger hunt across the grounds. Take an “open-house” style tour of the iconic Kenmore Great House and peruse exhibits in the Visitor Center.

Interested in picnicking on the lawn? You’re welcome to find a space and enjoy a meal on the grounds during the event.

If no action is taken within seven (7) days of the event date, the full ticket amount will be recognized as a donation to The George Washington Foundation.
